Log Cabin

it's snowing!

this world has spawn in a dark forest in a valley, and the entire region is very mountainous, like even by new minecraft standards this world has some crazy altitude differences. anyway, i left and found this nice snowy slopes region right next to a frozen ocean some 800 blocks west and proceeded to build a log cabin (to match the vibe) next to this hill here.

if there were red planks i would've used those but cherry looks really good too! and of course logs for the roof, and a nice big porch. and the chimney is also a crucial element to getting the vibe right.


here's the view from my bedroom window on the second floor. nothing prettier than watching the snow fall outside.
